Mr. Md. Golam Zilani holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Chittagong and brings more than 28 years of professional experience across shipping, logistics, international trade, Supply Chain Management and business operations by international standard inland container depot/container freight station.
He began his career in 1992 with ENEM Enterprise and joined A.P. Moller group, Maersk Line in January 1996, where he spent more than 24 years gaining extensive experience in international shipping, logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer service of Import & Export and Customs Clearance. During his career at Maersk Line, he received 13 promotions in recognition of his professional performance, work dedication and capabilities.
After retiring from his corporate career in 2018, he focused on developing his own business ventures, including international sourcing, importation, and product supply.
Today, he provides business leadership and strategic direction to M3 Business Solution Limited and ZS Business Link, focusing on reliable sourcing, efficient import & Export operations, international supplier relationships, and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Md. Shariful Islam

Mr. Md. Shariful Islam holds a Master’s degree from the Fareast International University. He achieved his Ph.D with a specialization in the life and biography of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He has approximately 28 years of experience in generator, UPS, AVR, Sub Station equipment supply, installation, troubleshooting, parts replacement, overhauling, and maintenance services.
Through Power Solution & Engineering, he has developed practical experience in providing power equipment and technical services to factories, industrial facilities, and other major organizations in Bangladesh.
He has also expanded the company’s capabilities into solar power systems through technical training and workforce development, enabling the business to undertake solar panel installation, replacement, troubleshooting, and related services.
As Managing Director of M3 Business Solution Limited and proprietor of Power Solution & Engineering, he focuses on technical service development, equipment supply, operational coordination, and delivering practical power solutions to customers.
His objective is to support the growing demand for dependable and cost-effective energy solutions in Bangladesh through professional service and long-term customer relationships.
